Update on Incident at 5555 Holly View
October 12, 2006
-- Houston police homicide investigators have determined
a previously unknown suspect in the fatal shooting of a woman
at 5555 Holly View on July 21, 2006 was himself subsequently murdered.
Investigators have identified Terrell 'T-Rock'
Ball (b/m, DOB 10-23-80) as the suspect who shot and killed Kasey
Seague, 27, at her apartment complex on July 21.
Six weeks later, Ball was found fatally shot
at 5675 De Soto on September 1. The suspect, Antonio Lee Williams
(b/m, DOB 5-6-80), was charged in Ball's murder and four other
murders in the city's De Soto Street area.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Harris and
Officers T.J. McCorvey, T. Cunningham and E. Carstens reported:
About 11:15 p.m. on July 21, Ms. Seague was found
on the parking lot of her apartment complex. She suffered at least
one gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at an area
hospital. It was determined Seague was shot as she walked in the
crossfire of two unknown males who exchanged gunfire after a verbal
confrontation.
During the lengthy follow-up investigation, investigators
determined Ball and Antonio Williams were together at the apartment
complex when Seague was shot. Ball has been identified as the
shooter and Williams is now connected to a sixth murder in the
De Soto Street area. The apartment complex on Holly View is adjacent
to the 5500 block of De Soto.
