Sketch of Kidnapping/Robbery Suspect
March 22, 2006 -- Investigators
with the Houston Police Department's Robbery Division are seeking
the public's assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in an
aggravated kidnapping/aggravated robbery at 300 Richmond about
11:45 p.m. on March 15, 2006.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male,
26 to 28 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 150 pounds.
He has short brown hair with a medium complexion and was last
seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans. He has a tattoo on
his right forearm and was apparently bleeding during the offense.

HPD Robbery Division Investigator J.C. Taylor
reported:
The victim, Jessica Bulkey, 23, was walking to
her vehicle when she was approached by the suspect. He threatened
Ms. Bulkey with a knife and forced her into the trunk of her vehicle
and drove around the neighborhood for some time. The suspect stole
some of Ms. Bulkey's property before abandoning her vehicle near
the 900 block of Richmond.
