Incident at 22127 Rustic Bridge

June 15, 2006 -- Houston police are investigating the death of a woman found at 22127 Rustic Bridge about 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday (June 14).

The deceased female's identity is pending notification to family members.

HPD Homicide Division Officers T. Huynh and I. F. Flores reported:

Officer responded to a shooting call and found the female lying on the living room floor with a gunshot wound to her head. It appears the gunshot wound may be self-inflicted. Investigators are awaiting autopsy results from the Harris County Medical Examiner's office.
