Traffic Incident at North Main at East 35th

January 29, 2006 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at North Main at East 35th on January 29, 2006 about 12:15 a.m.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant G.T. Hall and Officers A. Alaniz and C. Jack reported:

A vehicle that was traveling southbound on North Main turned left onto East 35th and was struck by an oncoming vehicle in the passenger side. The two passengers in the vehicle that was struck were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and the passenger in the striking vehicle were able to flee the scene on foot.
