Incident at 10000 Hammerly
January 20, 2006 -- Houston
police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 10000
Hammerly about 12:30 a.m. today (Jan. 20).
The unidentified victim, believed to be about
35 years of age, suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the torso
and head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant L.A. Flores and
Officer I.F. Flores reported:
Patrol officers arrived to a discharging firearms
call at an apartment complex and found the victim on the parking
lot near a dumpster. Investigators determined the victim had been
shot multiple times. There are no known witnesses or suspects
at this time.
