Incident at 6103 Hartwick
January 19, 2006 -- The cause
of death of a infant at 6103 Hartwick about 1:15 a.m. today (Jan.
19) will be determined by an autopsy conducted by the Harris County
Medical Examiner's office.
The victim is identified as Javien Emanuel Ridley,
2 months old, of 6103 Hartwick.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant L.A. Flores and
Officer B.D. Evans reported:
The infant was discovered to be unresponsive
at the residence and CPR was administered. HFD paramedics were
called and the infant was transported to L.B.J. Hospital where
he was pronounced dead a shortly after arrival. Javien Ridley's
body displayed no obvious signs of trauma and his death may have
been due to natural causes.
The investigation is continuing.
