Incident at 14250 Kimberly

police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 14250
Kimberly about 5:40 p.m. on Sunday (Feb. 5).
The identity of the victim has not been released
pending notification to family members.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M.D. Newcomb and
Officer T. Huynh reported:
Witnesses said the victim was being chased by
two black males in the Kensington Court Apartment complex when
he was shot three times and collapsed in front of apartment #349.
At this time, it is unknown why the victim was at the apartment
complex.
The shooter is described as a dark complected
black male, 19 to 24 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 140
to 160 pounds. The suspect was wearing a black do-rag on his head,
a white shirt with a black shirt underneath it, and blue jeans.
The second suspect is described as a black male, 18 to 20 years
old, and 5 feet 7 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing
a red and white jersey with numbering on it, and blue jeans.
Investigators believe both suspects might live
in close proximity to the apartment complex. Anyone with information
