Update on Incident at 503 El Dorado Boulevard #2001

August 10, 2006 -- Houston Police Department Homicide investigators have arrested and filed capital murder charges against three suspects in the death of a man killed at 503 El Dorado Blvd., # 2001, on August 4, 2006.

Homicide investigators Sergeants W. Booth and C. Elliott arrested 21-year-old Quinton Desean Lewis (bm\DOB 2-12-85), 17-year-old Joshua Adrian Cain (wm\DOB 4-28-89), and 19-year-old Timothy Troy O'Neal (wm\DOB 11-8-87) on August 8th and 9th at their homes. Investigators also recovered the victim's missing 1997 white Saturn.

The Harris County Medical Examiner's office has identified the victim and will notify the next of kin. The victim died from blunt trauma and asphyxia.

The details of the incident are as follows:

On August 4, 2006, at approximately 11:27 a.m., patrol officers were called to the Lakeshire Place Apartments regarding a dead body. Responding officers arrived at apartment # 2001 where they found signs of a struggle and the victim deceased in a bedroom.

Witnesses report that two suspects, described only as a white male and a black male, beat the victim and eventually left the location in a white Saturn vehicle belonging to the victim.
