Incident at 9700 Court Glen Drive #1601

August 5, 2006 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 9700 Court Glen Drive #1601 about 11:10 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 3).

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County's Medical Examiner's office. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant L.A. Flores and Officer R. Carstens reported:

HPD officers responding to a shooting call discovered the body of the victim inside of an apartment. According to witnesses, the victim was last seen arguing with two black male suspects. At some point during the argument, one of the suspects produced a handgun and shot him.

The suspects are described as black males in their early 20 to 27 years old, 5 feet 5 inches to 8 inches tall and weighing between 140 to 165 pounds. Both suspects wore blue jeans and T-shirts. One suspect also wore a black baseball cap.
