Incident at 6110 Fairdale #222

April 3, 2006 -- A murder charge is pending against a woman in the fatal stabbing of a man at 6110 Fairdale #222 about 7:30 p.m. on Sunday (Apr. 2).

The suspect, Pamela Ann Curry (b/f, DOB 12-29-58), is accused in the killing of Jason Steven Hall, 47, of 6110 Fairdale #222. He was stabbed in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants S.R. Kennedy and C.J. Grysen reported:

The suspect and victim were reportedly married and Hurricane Katrina evacuees who relocated to Houston. After spending the day drinking wine, the two got into an argument. When the argument escalated, Curry pulled a steak knife from her pocket and stabbed Hall in the chest.

Curry was arrested at the scene and remains in custody awaiting formal charges.
