Traffic Incident at 13300 North Freeway

April 2, 2006 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal accident at 13300 North Freeway (northbound) on April 1, 2006 about 11:15 p.m.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant G. T. Hall and Officer S. M. Johnson reported:

Two vehicles pulled onto the main lanes of the freeway from the shoulder and into the path of a commercial vehicle. The commercial vehicle struck one car causing the car to strike the second car. The commercial vehicle also swerved left and then hit a utility vehicle. Three of the five occupants in the utility vehicle were killed.
