Incident at 900 West Greens

September 25, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating the death of a female found at 900 West Greens about 6:20 p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2005.

The female's identity and cause of death are pending an autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner's office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant L. J. Baimbridge and Officer N. T. Ruland reported:

The decomposed remains of an unknown female were discovered in a wooded area near the end of West Greens. The victim was wearing blue pants and a green T-shirt. It appears her body was placed in this area.
