Update on Incident at 11555 Cullen

September 16, 2005 -- Houston police have arrested three of five suspects wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at 11555 Cullen on Saturday, August 6, 2005.

The suspects, Robert Curtis Jordan (b/m DOB: 3-7-86), Corey A. Linzer (b/m DOB: 3-25-88) and Daniel Lee Johnson (b/m DOB: 12-3-86) have been arrested and each charged with capital murder in the 176th State District Court. Two additional suspects are still wanted in the killing of Bac Deo, 50, who was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Hospital.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant L.J. Baimbridge and Officer N.T. Ruland reported:

Four suspects entered the Citgo station at 11555 Cullen while a fifth suspect remained outside as a lookout. During the robbery inside the business, Mr. Deo was shot in the chest. Another victim, a female employee, was severely beaten. The suspects fled on foot with cash and other items, including two cash registers. The female victim was also transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital.
