Incident at 3928 Old Spanish Trail

November 29, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3928 Old Spanish Trail about 2:45 a.m. on Friday, November 25.

The victim is identified as Quarmaine Lavoy Morrison, 28, address unknown. He was pronounced dead at an area hospital.

HPD Homicide Division Officer B.C. McDaniel reported:

Mr. Morrison was shot by a male suspect during an argument about a parking space. Witnesses described the wanted suspect as a black male, 24 to 30 years old, about 6 feet 2 inches tall and 210 to 220 pounds. The suspect fled in a red Ford Expedition.
