Incident at 9450 Woodfair Drive #2009
November 29, 2005 -- Houston
police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 9450 Woodfair
Drive #2009 about 3:45 a.m. today (November 29).
The identity of the victim, 26, is being withheld
pending notification to next of kin. He suffered multiple gunshot
wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Officers P.T. Yochum and
I.F. Flores reported:
The victim, the suspect and the witness all lived
in the apartment. The victim and the suspect had an argument that
escalated when the suspect produced a firearm and shot the victim
several times. The suspect left the scene. All three men are from
New Orleans.
