Incident at 7250 Carew Street

November 25, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male and female at 7250 Carew Street about 12:40 a.m. today, November 25, 2005.

The victims have been identified as Yvonne Perez, 23, and Javier Martinez-Alcantar, 22, of 7250 Carew Street. Both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant L. Flores and Officer R. Chappell reported:

Officers responded to shooting call after witnesses heard multiple gunshots from several weapons and then found the victims. At this time, there are few leads in this case.
