Incident at 10221 Club Creek
May 10, 2005 -- Houston police
are investigating a fatal shooting at 10221 Club Creek on Monday,
May 9, 2005, about 11:25 p.m.
The male victim's identity is pending notification
of family members. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the
stomach and was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Hospital.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Carrillo and
Officer H. Chavez reported:
The victim was involved in an argument with an
unknown suspect, described only as a Hispanic male, outside a
local nightclub. The suspect shot the victim from inside a black
Dodge pickup truck. The victim returned fire as the suspect fled
in the pickup truck. A window on the suspect's vehicle may have
been hit from the returned gunfire.
