Incident at 2410 Triway
May 9, 2005 -- Houston police
are asking for the publics' help in locating the person (s) who
shot and killed a 38-year-old man on Sunday, May 8, 2005 around
2:10 a.m. at 2410 Triway.
According to the victim's family, Eduardo Martell
was with his wife and stepchildren as they slept in their home.
At about 2:10 a.m. an unknown person (s) shot through their front
bedroom window striking Eduardo in the head, killing him. His
wife Debatha Singh was also shot in the left side. She was transported
to Ben Taub General Hospital in serious condition.
Houston Police Department Homicide Division Sergeant
J. Swaim and Officer A. Brown believe the shots were fired from
the street and may be the result of some type of retaliation.
