Incident at 9600 Beechnut

March 8, 2005 -- Houston police have located the victim of a kidnapping at 9600 Beechnut on Monday, March 7, 2005, about 11:50 a.m.

HPD Homicide Division Lieutenant E. Day and Officer R. Falcon reported:

Homicide investigators located the victim, Delmy Torres, 24, about 1 a.m. today (March 8) in the 3400 block of Ocee. She was unharmed. The suspect, Juan Carlos Tena (H/m DOB: 12-8-76), possibly driving a 1995 white or gray Ford van with Texas license plates S47SPG, is still wanted.
