Traffic Incident at 8600 North Houston Rosslyn
July 17, 2005 -- Houston police
are investigating a fatal accident where a pedestrian was killed.
The incident occurred at 8600 North Houston Rosslyn Road on Saturday,
July 16, 2005 about 9:15 p.m.

T. McCabe and Officer S. Martinez reported:
The unidentified male was standing in the roadway
when an Oldsmobile Bravada struck him. The victim was pronounced
dead at the scene. The female driver stayed at the scene and later
told police that by the time she noticed the male in the road
she was unable to stop. The driver of the vehicle showed no signs
of impairment and the pedestrian was in the darkened roadway without
a sidewalk.
