Incident at 2500 Kuester
July 7, 2005 -- Houston police
are investigating the death of a man found in the 2500 block of
Kuester about 11:40 p.m. on Wednesday (July 6).
The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the
scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant E. Gonzalez and
Officer D.L. Robertson reported:
Patrons leaving a nightclub were walking to their
cars when they found the man's body in tall weeds on Kuester near
Westheimer. The body appeared to be that of a homeless man whose
age and race are unknown at this time. There were no obvious signs
of trauma to the body. The man was wearing a white T-shirt, dark
pants and dark colored sneakers.
Investigators are awaiting results of an autopsy
performed by the Harris County Medical Examiner's office.
