Incident at 1410 West 22nd Street
January 31, 2005 -- Houston
police are investigating an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon
by firearm that occurred at 1410 West 22nd street on Sunday, January
30, 2005 about 7:40 p.m.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. T. Parker and
Officer I. F. Flores Jr., reported:
The two victims had just gotten home when two
unknown Hispanic males
confronted them. One of the suspects struck the first victim,
Francisco Reyes
(H/m DOB: 9-02-67) with a baseball bat while the other suspect
demanded money
from the second victim, Jose D. Reyes (H/m DOB: 10-12-57). One
of the
suspects fired one round striking Jose Reyes. According to witnesses,
Reyes
was transported to Northwest Memorial Hermann Hospital by private
auto.
