Update on Incident at 2603 Mayview
January 25, 2005 -- Charges
have been filed against a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting
of two men at 2603 Mayview about 9:25 p.m. on January 19.
The suspect, Terrence Glenn Mosely (b/m, DOB
2-27-78), is charged with capital
murder in the 232nd State District Court. A photo of Mosely is
posted in the
lobby of HPD Headquarters at 1200 Travis. He is not in custody.
The victims were identified as Charles Veal,
36, of 2406 Mayview and Dominic
Jerome Wyatt, 28, address unknown. Both suffered gunshot wounds
and were
pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M.K. Peters and
Officer A.J. Palos reported:
Shortly after the two victims had arrived at
2603 Mayview, they got into an
argument with Mosely, who then pulled a pistol and shot both men.
Mosely then
fled in one of the victim's cars. That vehicle has been recovered.
