Incident at 10700 S. Gessner

February 20, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 10700 S. Gessner on Saturday, February 19, 2005, about 12:00 p.m.

The victim has been identified as Samson Huff, 21, of 2008 Sam Houston Drive, Victoria, Texas. He suffered a gunshot wound to the body and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Parker and Officer I. Flores reported:

Samson Huff and his brother, Samuel Huff, 23, were sitting in his car. A black male, approximately 20-27 years of age, approached the vehicle and demanded the keys to Samson Huff's car. The suspect then shot both Huffs and drove off in the car, a maroon/silver Cadillac with rims, license #P17MSV. Samson Huff died at the scene and Samuel Huff was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital.
