Update on Incident at 3400 Luca Street

February 3, 2005 -- The Harris County Medical Examiner’s office has identified the two victims in a fatal shooting at 3400 Luca Street on Tuesday, February 1, 2005, about 9:45 p.m.

Both victims suffered gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Officer T. Tyler and Officer M. Walker reported:

Houston police responded to a call at 3400 Luca Street. Upon arrival, police found Julius Ray Johnson, 28, and Johnathan Lee Young, 23, dead in a vehicle. Both victims had been shot. Witnesses stated seeing a black male running from the area on foot.
