Incident at 11555 Bissonnet

December 26, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating an aggravated assault of a man at 11555 Bissonnet on December 25, 2005 about 12 noon.

The victim is identified as Rodney Earl Allen, 23, of 11555 Bissonnet #2101. He suffered a gunshot wound to the head.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant E. Gonzales and Officer R.P. Martinez reported:

Mr. Allen was found shot in the head in the courtyard of his apartment complex. He was transported by ambulance to an area hospital where he remains in critical condition.
