Traffic Incident at 10500 Harwin

August 21, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal accident at 10500 Harwin today, August 21 about 1:20 a.m.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant D. Runyan and Officer S. Martinez reported:

The victim's vehicle, an early model Acura, was racing with a green Mustang westbound on Harwin. The Mustang forced the Acura off the road and into a light pole. The driver of the Acura was killed and two other passengers escaped serious injury. The Mustang left the scene. This information was obtained from one of the passengers of the Acura.
