Incident at 6128 Wilcrest Drive

August 21, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man at 6128 Wilcrest Drive on Sunday, August 21, 2005 about 1:50 a.m.

The victim is identified as David Norman Campos, 17, of 6402 Scribner. He sustained several stab wounds to the chest and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

HPD Homicide Division Officer P.T. Yochum and Officer I.F. Flores reported:

Two unknown suspects confronted Campos inside a business known as the Hall-4-All. Campos was attending a quinceañera. Campos walked out of the hall and was assaulted by the two suspects. One of the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed Campos numerous times on the chest.
