Update on Incident at 12803 Northborough

August 14, 2005 -- A suspect has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 12803 Northborough about 9:20 p. m. Thursday (Aug. 4).

Christopher Dewayne Jackson (b/m, DOB: 4-21-82), is charged with murder in the 351st State District Court.He was arrested on August 12, 2005.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. D. Newcomb and Officer T. Huynh reported:

Christopher Jackson is accused of killing his brother Michael Jackson, 28. Michael Jackson was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene. A motive for the murder is unclear at this time.
