HPD Releases Picture of Wanted Suspect
April 27, 2005 -- Investigators
in the Houston Police Family Violence Unit are seeking the public's
help in locating a suspect charged with one count of aggravated
kidnaping and two counts of aggravated assault. The charges are
filed in the 339th State District Court.

HPD Family Violence Unit Investigators M. J.
Ybanez and J. E. Vigil reported:
On April 2, 2005, about 11 p.m., Guardiola forced
his way into a residence at 3128 Tilfer at gunpoint. There, he
demanded to know the whereabouts of the victim (his ex-girlfriend)
and their four-month-old daughter and assaulted two individuals
at the location. After locating the victim, he forced her and
the infant into his vehicle. He then held both of them for several
hours before releasing them unharmed at another location.
On the afternoon of April 27, 2005, Guardiola
was seen by investigators in an apartment complex that he is believed
to frequent at 7575 Office City Drive. The suspect escaped.
