Incident at 872 Bettina Court #412

April 14, 2005 -- Murder charges are pending against a 21-year-old woman who shot and killed her boyfriend at 872 Bettina Court #412 sometime on Monday, April 11, 2005.

According to Houston Police Department Homicide investigators Sergeant J.R. Swaim and Officer A.D. Brown, the suspect Pavithra Naidu (Af/ DOB 12-26-83) told family members that she shot and killed her boyfriend on Monday, April 11,2005 and left his body laying in the apartment. Officers arrived to the apartment around 1:15 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005 and found the victim dead of an apparent gunshot wound to the chest.

The name of the victim is not being released pending notification of next of kin by the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office.
