Incident at 17050 Imperial Valley #39
April 2, 2005 -- Houston police
are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 17050 Imperial
Valley #39 about 05:05 a.m. today (April 2).
The victim, who has not been identified, suffered
a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Officers D. Vasquez and
M. Sosa reported:
The victim arrived at a friend’s apartment
about 5:00 a. m. today and was allowed inside. At that time, the
witness went back to bed. Several minutes later, the witness heard
arguing coming from the living room area and then a gunshot. The
witness returned to the living room where she found the victim
lying on the floor.
