As an entrepreneur, public affairs and government relations expert, speaker and political activist, Raoul has been instrumental in developing strategic plans and organizing trade mission trips to Africa, Qatar, Dubai, China and Europe. Raoul leads Raked Int’l, Inc. and is co-founder of Afro Week. He serves on the Board of the Mayor’s International Trade and Development Council and numerous others. He presents publicly on topics such as global investment, economic development and international business practices.  Born in Cameroon, Africa, he has traveled the world, served in the US Army and is fluent in French and English.
