Policies and Procedures

The City of Houston’s (the “City”) Office of Business Opportunity (“OBO”) is charged with administering the City’s Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprise (“MWSBE”) supplier diversity program. Pursuant to Sec. 15-84 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, the OBO is responsible for establishing policies and procedures for the implementation of the MWSBE Program. OBO’s current Policies and Procedures are available on this page, in addition to supplemental procedures for addressing grievances and presentations that highlight major components of the City’s program.
