Department Language Access Coordinators

City departments that provide services directly to the public have a designated Language Access Coordinator, who is the first point of contact for department staff. City employees should contact their Language Coordinators first if they have questions or need interpretation or translation assistance services. If you are not able to reach your coordinator or require additional assistance, call the Office of New Americans at 832-393-1010.
