Public Information Request


How to submit a request for public information

Simply send a written request containing your contact information and requesting the desired information. We will clarify your request should that be necessary. Public information requests to the Human Resources Department may be mailed, faxed, or sent via email.

How much the request cost

That depends upon what is being requested. We charge copying fees for documents. Sometimes staff charges and programming costs will be applied. Payment has to be made up front before information is generated or released.
