Earth Day HTX

The City of Houston thanks Apache Corporation for its generous donation toward tree-planting efforts for Earth Day HTX 2024. Apache makes consistent charitable donations through citywide events, like the Tour de Houston bike ride, with the intention that those funds be spent directly on tree-planting efforts. This year, City of Houston officials will join executives and volunteers from Apache to plant 2,500 trees at Watonga Park on April 22 at 3:30 p.m. in commemoration of Earth Day. Parking for the event will be available at 4100 Watonga Boulevard near the intersection of De Milo Drive.
