SERVICES & OPERATIONS RESUME Houston, Texas: City of Houston Solid Waste Management Department will resume all collection services, Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Neighborhood Depository/Recycling Centers, Westpark Recycling Center, Environmental Service Center, The Reuse Warehouse and Administration offices will re-open. Services and operations will resume as followed: Wednesday, September 15, 2021: Tuesday’s garbage, Week-B Recycling, Yard Waste, and 2nd Tuesdays & 3rd Wednesday’s Tree Waste will be collected. Thursday, September 16, 2021: Normal Collection Schedule
