Community Parking Program - Almeda Corridor

To address the parking challenges, ParkHouston is implementing of the Community Parking Program in October 2021. Program Details:

Time Limits

  • 2-Hour time limits, Monday – Sunday, 9 AM – 8 PM
    • Restrictions will only be at the curb space adjacent to residential properties
    • Permits available to exempt residents with corridor addresses from time limit restrictions
    • Employee parking available at Greater Southeast Management District Parking Lots
    • No change to RPP restrictions on 1800 Rosedale and 1800 Palm. Must opt in to CPP regulations.

Residential Quiet Zones

  • No Parking on residential streets after 8 PM except with valid permit
  • Permits available for resident vehicles with address in the corridor
  • Limit of 3 permits per household

Garbage Pick-Up Day

  • No parking on Tuesday from 7AM – 12 PM
  • Parking only permitted with valid CPP or RPP permit
