Community Parking Program - Almeda Corridor

To address the parking challenges, ParkHouston implemented the Community Parking Program in October 2021. Program Details:
Time Limits
- 2-Hour time limits, Monday – Sunday, 9 AM – 8 PM
- Restrictions will only be at the curb space adjacent to residential properties
- Permits available to exempt residents with corridor addresses from time limit restrictions
- Employee parking available at Greater Southeast Management District Parking Lots
- No change to RPP restrictions on 1800 Rosedale and 1800 Palm. Must opt in to CPP regulations.
Residential Quiet Zones
- No Parking on residential streets after 8 PM except with valid permit
- Permits available for resident vehicles with address in the corridor
- Limit of 3 permits per household
Garbage Pick-Up Day
- No parking on Tuesday from 7AM – 12 PM
- Parking only permitted with valid CPP or RPP permit
CPP Permits
CPP permits are not vaild in RPP areas
