Officer was at a Wells Fargo bank when he spotted a masked suspect attempting to steal a woman's purse from her hands. The officer ordered him to stop at which point the suspect reached for a weapon as he jumped into a waiting vehicle. The officer then saw the suspect look back as if he was going to shoot at the officer so the officer discharged his firearm.
