Officers dispatched to a distrubance with a weapon call. Upon arrival, officers were adviced by the caller that the suspect barricaded himself in his room and claiming to have an AR-15. Officer attempted to contact the suspect who began yelling out stating he had guns and that he was wanting to commit suicide by police. Officers observed the suspect holding what appeared to be a long-gun and he began lowering in the direction of one of the officers. After the suspect lowered the gun toward the officer, the officer discharged hsi duty weapon. The suspect then barricaded himself and refused to come out. SWAT were then called and suspect surrendered and was taken into custody. No one was injuryed.
