Suspect stole complainant's vehicle at gunpoint and fled the area. Officers received information in regards to the aggravated robbery. A canine unit spotted the vehicle and attempted to stop the vehicle with his lights and sirens. Suspect ignored the officer and a pursuit ensued. Officer's followed the suspect to the location where he got out of the stolen vehicle and fled on foot. During the foot pursuit, suspect discharged his weapon towards the officers and the officers returned fire striking the suspect several times. Suspect was transported to the hospital where he died a week later.
