North belt CST attempted to located wanted robbery suspect. Officers observed the suspect driving at 500 block of Seminar. The suspect exited the vehicle and ran on foot west into an apartment complex. The suspect pulled a pistol with an extended magazine. Officer discharged his weapon and struck suspect several times. Suspect was transported to Northwest Memorial Hospital. The suspect did not appear to have life threatening injuries. No Officers were injured in this incident.
