Southeast officers were flagged down regarding an assault in progress in the apartment complex. Officers discover complainant was struggling with an armed suspect who had attempted to carjack him. The suspect fled on foot and officers gave chase. Officer X. Wallace discharged his weapon at the suspect but missed. Two other officers discharged their CEDs and take the suspect into custody. The suspect's weapon was recovered.
