Officers were dispatched to a disturbance call where a male acting erratic and broke the car window. Upon HPD arrival, Officer gave the suspect commands, at which time the suspect turned towards the Officer, with a knife in hand. Suspect then charged Officer with knife in hand. Officer discharged his duty weapon towards the suspect, striking the suspect. The suspect is DOA on scene.
