The suspect arrived at a commercial building and kidnapped a female employee at gun point from the location. Shortly after, the suspect contacted the employee's supervisor, and threatened to harm the female if the supervisor did not meet with him. The supervisor met with the suspect and the suspect then released the first female and then kidnapped and held the female supervisor at gunpoint. The suspect ordered the female supervisor to drive north on highway 59, where officers were able to locate the vehicle. The suspect and female pulled into a gas station where officers surrounded the suspect's vehicle. The suspect reached for a gun and was shot by Houston Police officers. The suspect succumbed to his injuries. The female complainant and officers were not injured.
