An officer who was positioned at the rear of the residence saw the suspects and noticed that one was armed with a weapon.  The armed suspect refused to comply with the officer and instead raised the weapon forcing the officer to shoot at the suspect.

The officers arrived and when they attempted to detain the suspect, the suspect pointed the bow at them forcing the officers to shoot.
