October 2, 2024 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 12303 Hillcroft Avenue about 9:25 a.m. on Tuesday (Oct. 1).

The identity of the victim, 32, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants R. Watson and M. Burrow reported:

Officers responded to a shooting call in a gas station parking lot at the above address and found a male with apparent gunshot wounds. Paramedics transported the man to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s) description.
