March 15, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of two men at 9403 Richmond Avenue about 9:40 a.m. on Sunday (March 14).

The victims, Yarlen Toral Sanchez, 34, and Emilio Pozo, 33, were transported to area hospitals in stable condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers C. Brannen and S. Cole reported:

Messrs. Sanchez and Pozo were at a nightclub at the above address when one of their companions was inappropriately touched by an unknown individual inside the club.  Security personnel escorted the individual out of the club.

As Sanchez and Pozo were leaving and walking through the club's parking lot, a separate unknown Hispanic male pointed a pistol at their group and fired multiple shots, striking both men. The suspect then fled the scene in a white, four-door Cadillac.
