One Suspect Charged, Another Sought in Stabbing at 8002 Bellaire Boulevard
September 21, 2020 - Charges have been filed against one suspect arrested in the stabbing of three men at 8002 Bellaire Boulevard about 3:15 a.m. last Friday (September 18).
The suspect Yordani Pache (b/m, 31), is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 178th State District Court. A booking photo of Pache is attached to this news release.
The victims, Johnathan Beltran, 20, Luis Vasquez, 60, and Adrian Fuentes, 31, were transported to an area hospital and are expected to survive their wounds.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Sergeant V. Garcia and Officer A. Williams reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and learned two groups of men got into a verbal altercation that escalated into a physical fight, before two males grabbed a gun and a knife. One suspect stabbed Messrs. Beltran, Vasquez and Fuentes. The other suspect fired shot at the victims, but did not strike them.
One suspect fled in a pickup truck of unknown make and model while the other suspect fled on foot to his apartment with a gun. Paramedics transported the victims to the hospital.
Pache was later taken into custody and subsequently charged for his role in the incident. The second unidentified suspect remains at large.
